Lights everywhere.
Driving a Mercury Grand Marquis.
Smokers -> indoors!?!
Desert, so different from lush western NY.
Not many happy people.
Most cheerful person: the clerk at Starbucks.
Apartments for rent.
Administrative assistants wanted.
Spanish and English signs.
Big community college, with a new fancy library.
K-Love & Baptist churches -> good to know they are there.
Whole Foods and others, but no Wegmans in sight.
Movie theater, bowling alley, restaurants, etc. -> inside the casinos!
Zoo: with goats, turtles, big cats, lotsa birds, even big ones like ostriches.
Danger: scorpions, spiders snakes. Ick!
Red rocks = Amazing!
The Strip = Impressive.
The flight = long.
Me = exhausted.
Sweet P = waiting to hear the results.
