the sweater bag

I FINISHED MY PROJECT!! WOOHOO!! i have a complete, grey, wool-blend, cabled-knit, messenger-bag-type purse for my use!!  finished!  i'm so thrilled.  i'll try to get pics for flickr and/or ravelry.  

i also need to post pics of the almost finished sweater for little niece for christmas.  

i'm only working 3 days this week because of the thanksgiving holiday.  so i may have time for fun stuff like that, not to mention some daylight.   pics don't generally look as good by lamplight.  

and i'm on a deadline to decide which turkey trot i want to run and sign up for it.  i haven't trained for anything, i just want to run for fun.  the one in webster sounds good, 4.4 miles.  but i can't figure out where it is.  on website says it is 11 miles from here and another says 21 miles.  sorry, but i'm not driving *that* far to run 4 miles.  that would be crazy.  i might have to do the race with grace instead, but that would be 6 miles, and i haven't run that far in a while.  like, probably since the half-marathon in May.  whew.

but right now i'm just so excited about my purse.  i can't wait to use it and show it off tomorrow. :-)  sweet p was here next to me on the sofa, waiting for the final stitches to be tied off.  isn't he so cute?
